A Letter from Mr. Langley
Dear parents and carers,
Some of you may know that in January 2022, I will have been a teacher at Broadstone Hall Primary School for 25 years, which is such a long time that I now find myself in the position of being Headteacher for the children of parents, who I first taught in the late 1990’s!
After long and careful consideration, I have decided to take early retirement from the post of Headteacher and I will be leaving the school at Easter 2022. Until this time, I will be fully committed to leading the school and improving provision for your children to the best of my ability.
I have informed the staff and governors of my intentions and the Local Authority will be supporting the Board of Governors to find a suitable replacement for me during the first two terms of this academic year.
There will be plenty of time for goodbyes later in the year and my focus is very much on having a good start to 21-22. However, I would like to thank all past and present pupils, parents, staff and governors for supporting me during my time at Broadstone Hall Primary School over the last 25 years.
