Council Parking Enforcement Department
Sadly, the parking issues around school at the beginning and the end of the day continue to reign on.
The Police have advised us that if any of our parents, carers or neighbours have experienced reckless driving, parking or are verbally, physically abused or threatened then they should report this to the Police on telephone number 101.
Unfortunately 2 such incidents were reported at the end of last term.
The Police have assured us they contacted the drivers directly, however this has now triggered them to alert the Council Parking Enforcement Department.
The Council Parking Enforcement Department will now be attending the school on an adhoc basis in the future. We would like to assure you that this is for the safety of your children.
The vast majority of our parents park sensibly and considerately around school during drop off and pick up times and we would like to take this opportunity to thank you for doing so every day.
