IMPORTANT NOTICE: Data Collection Sheets to be updated at PPTI's

Dear Parents/Carers,

It is a legal requirement that we make sure our data on SIMS (our Central Record) is updated on an annual basis.

Situations change: people move house, family dynamics alter, telephone numbers change and we are not always informed.

It is to all our benefits that we have the most up to date data on our Central Record, including email addresses of all parents, in the hope that in the future we could group email parents who do not subscribe to the Spider App.

Data Collection Sheets for your child with their current information listed on our Central Record have been printed for you to check at your Parents Evening slot.

For confidentiality purposes, there will have 2 sheets:

1 for Mum (Dads details omitted)

1 for Dad (Mum's details omitted)

At your Parents Evening each parent will be given their respective form and asked to:

1.check all details

2.fill and blanks

3.make any amendments

4.add a current email address

If the information currently on file is correct and you have updated us on a regular basis this should be a very quick process and only take up a couple of minutes of your PPTI time.

DUE TO GDPR THESE SHEETS CANNOT GO OFF SITE!

THEY MUST BE COMPLETED IN FRONT OF THE TEACHER AT PARENTS EVENING & HANDED BACK BEFORE YOU LEAVE!

THEY CANNOT NOT BE TAKEN HOME!
