Jason Baird Black Belt Academy Breakfast Club - Every Tuesday morning 8am – 8.45am

Dear Parents/Carers,

I am delighted to inform you of an opportunity you might not be aware that we are providing for KS2 children. Every Tuesday morning, we will be have an early morning martial arts club run by Jason Baird’s Black Belt Academy.

The club will take place each Tuesday morning from 8am to 8:45am in the school hall and will be run by fully qualified, DBS checked staff from Jason’s academy. The first date will be a free taster session for any child who is interested. After that, there will be a charge of £5 per session, which will be paid direct to Black Belt Academy.

Access to the club will be via the hall entrance in the visitors’ car park and the children will be taken out onto the playground when the club finishes, for the start of the school day.

Jason Baird’s Black Belt Academy has been established since 2002 and is now a recognised name around the Reddish and Stockport area. Many of our pupils already attend the academy and enjoy the lessons and activities it provides and some have done so for many years.

The club will aim to teach the children the important life skills of discipline, co-operation, respect, friendship and dedication and there will be opportunities for pupils to continue learning martial arts at the academy if they wish to.
