PSCL October Holiday Clubs
We are delighted to confirm we will be running two holiday courses during October Half Term and we hope to have at least one more venue confirmed soon.
St Thomas Primary School, Heaton Moor, Stockport
Monday 25th October - Friday 29th October
£72 full week (discount only available for a limited time)

Acacias Primary School, Levenshulme, Manchester
Monday 25th October - Wednesday 27th October
£40 full week (discount only available for a limited time)

Booking and payment
All bookings and payments are made online at https://primaryscl.coordinate.cloud/list
We have listened to parent/carer feedback and understand that releasing the bookings at 10am is a difficult time of the day. With this in mind we will be releasing places at 7pm on Wednesday 15th September. Up until this time the bookings will be visible on the booking site but will be password protected.
Siblings
The sibling discount code is 'SIBLIN2021', please enter this at the checkout to receive £2 off each child per day.
Week booking priority
Full week bookings only (5 days at St Thomas, 3 days at Acacias) will be available from Wednesday 15th September. We are unable to refund or credit any days cancelled if a parent/carer makes a week booking and at a later date reduces this to individual days. Any remaining spaces will be made available for individual day bookings from 7pm on Monday 20th September.
HAF free places
The government have not made any funding available for free places this half term holiday. We will be applying for HAF funding for the Xmas holidays.
Change of age group
We are in the process of registering all our holiday course provision with OFSTED. We are hopeful that very soon we will be approved.
This will mean that we are no longer allowed to accept children in reception onto the holiday courses for more than 4 hours a day.
We will in the future look into how we can offer some provision for reception age children.
For now we will only be accepting children in year 1 - year 7.
Course times
Drop off times will be 9am - 9.30am
Collection times will be 3pm - 3.20pm
We will continue with the extended window to avoid parents/carers all congregating at one specific time, this is inline with our Covid risk assessment
Wrap around care
We will continue to offer wrap around care at all of our courses:
Early drop off from 8am - £2.50 per morning
Late pick up until 5pm - £4 per afternoon
Bubbles
Inline with our Covid risk assessment we will continue with bubbles at our holiday courses, we feel this is the best way to keep children and staff safe.
