1st PLACE @ Sportcity Indoor Athletics

Today we sent 8 of our year 6 children (4 boys & 4 girls) to represent Broadstone Hall Primary School in an Indoor Athletics Transition Match @ SportsCity, Manchester.

This was our FIRST school sports outing since pre-COVID and they did not disappoint; coming home with the GOLD! Well done!

Our children, supported by Mr. Macdonald, had to team up with other year 6 children from St. Thomas's & Year 7 from Priestnall High School to compete in various track & field events.

There were nerves; but they nailed our 4 core learning values;

Hopefully this is the start of many more off-site sporting events for BHPS & puts us on a winning streak!!!!
