Face to Face Parents Evenings w/c 8th & 15th November

With ever changing Covid figures before half term, we have been apprehensive to launch Face to Face Parents Evenings only to have to revoke them again. However, we are now pleased to finally announce they will be able to go ahead; following considerable guidance from Stockport LA Health & Safety Covid Team.

To minimize the number of adults on site at any one time the appointments will be held:

· PPTI’s in classrooms (not the Hall as in previous years)

· PPTI’s held over 8 nights over 2 weeks = only 5 classes per night spread out across the school building (each class getting an EARLY/LATE time slot)

· 10 minutes appointments. In & out policy. Parents will need to come back on different nights for different siblings to minimize any cross contamination in corridors.

· Please always remain vigilant socially distancing, hand sanitizing & wear PPE in corridors.

Week 1 PPTI: 8th - 11th November 3.30-6.30pm

Week 2 PPTI: 15th - 18th November 4.00-7pm

Time slots will be LAUNCHED TOMORROW at 8pm Tuesday 2nd November via School Spider.

Bookings will CLOSE at 12NOON Thursday 4th November.

Any non-bookers at this point will be given a time slot at the teacher’s digression. This will be relayed by Friday 8th November.
