NEW! Lunchhound Booking site, LAUNCH 18th October
As you may or may not know, Lunchhound have been floating two different lunchtime booking sites of late which has caused a few problems booking lunches.
HOWEVER, the NEW SITE IS GOOD TO GO as of Monday 18th October.
As with every new system, I am sure it will not be without its initial teething problems - but in anticipation, if you could read through & be fully aware of how the new system works; I am sure long term it will only be for the ease for all of us!
So.
Dear Parents and Carers,
We will soon be migrated to a newer version of ‘LunchHound’ – our school meal cashless catering system. The new parent ordering system is very similar to the old version, but there will be some changes.
Currently, orders are placed at https://preorder.lunchhound.co.uk/
The new ordering website is https://orders.lunchhound.co.uk/
You do not need to re-register – your login will work on the new site.
We will start using the system on 18th October. Orders for meals before this date should still be placed on the current system. Orders for meals for this date onwards should be made on the new ordering system.
Please note that there may be some downtime associated with this migration – in particular, payments made on ParentPay may not be applied to your new account immediately. Please be reassured that no payments will be lost, and you will still be able to order a meal for your child.
