REMINDER: Nasal Flu Vaccination, 6th November - Your e-consent link is now live and ready

REMINDER: The Nasal flu vaccination will be held at school on the 6th November 2019.

This year, pupils in RECEPTION to YEAR 6 are eligible. Your e-consent link is now live and ready! If you have not already consented to the nasal flu process this year please do so online via the following link.

If you would like your child to receive the nasal flu vaccine in school please click on the following link to complete an online YES consent form however if you do not wish for your child to be vaccinated please fill in a NO form.
