Ok. From the majority of the calls we are receiving, it is incorrect email addresses that seem to be the problem. The email address you use to access your ParentPay must be the same email address that you need to access Lunchhound.
Therefore, if you are struggling give us a call to check we have your correct email address on our central system and they we can SYNC the systems and get everything marrying up.
